How do I delete my account?
From the app, or by writing to me. Steps here
I forgot my password
Tap "Şifremi unuttum" (Forgot my password) on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. Open the link in the email on the phone where the app is installed — it opens the app and asks you to set a new password. Opening it on a computer will not work: for security the request has to be completed on the device that started it.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
If you signed in with Apple or Google you do not have a password with me — your provider verifies you. Use the same button on the sign-in screen. If you forgot your Apple or Google account password, reset it with them.
How do I set up notifications?
There are two independent switches under Profil → Ayarlar → Telefon bildirimleri (Profile → Settings → Phone notifications):
- Sosyal bildirimler (social notifications) — likes and follows. On by default.
- Duyurular (announcements) — new features and app news. Off by default; I ask you once after you grant notification permission.
Turning one off does not affect the other. Turning notifications off in your phone’s own settings switches both off at once.
Is anything paid?
No. Çamur is free: no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, nothing to cancel. The app pays for itself with ads — and they are non-personalised: no advertising profile is built for you and no system tracks you across apps. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
